How do I choose an HHO reservoir as most systems give you between .75 to 1.5 quart tanks? Simple, Locate the spot in your engine compartment that will allow for the installation of the biggest tank that will fit. Keep in mind that you need to select a spot that will allow you to easily fill the tank and will be at least a foot above the cell. All of the dimensions are provided. Be careful with your measurements and allow room for caps.
You want the biggest tank you can possibly fit, for many reasons.
* It gives you more range between fill ups.
* It gives your system another means to dissipate any heat that is generated.
* You won't need to be filling it to the rim for capacity therefore necessitating a bubbler.
* It allows room to install important high and low water cut off switches.
Evolution HHO will drill and thread holes for the fittings where you desire using the placement tanks next to the picture. If you order a tank with a low limit cut off switch the hole for the switch will be mounted at the center point of the tank unless you specify something different.
Remember to specify placement when ordering. If placement is not specified we will automatically use position 1, 2, & 5 on 1.5-6 quart tanks, 1, 2 & 3 on 10 quart tanks and 1, 2 & 6 on 24 quart tanks . 90 degree elbows will be supplied to match the cell your ordering. Fittings are shipped loose so you can point them in the direction that suits your hose routing the best. If the selection spots aren't where you want them just let us know and we will put them anywhere you choose!
If you are here to purchase a tank assembly only Evolution HHO can supply you with a custom reservoir for any need. Just specify the hole placement and hole thread size you desire. We can supply 1/4" - 5/8" hose barbs.
ALL TANKS ARE SUPPLIED WITH HEAVY DUTY NON VENTELATED SCREW ON CAPS
