13 Plate HHO Cell

 

Why is it when dry cell manufactures quote the size of there cells they never include the amount the fittings and bolts stick out? I have even see where the cells listed width is less than the fittings are sticking out both side of it. Its time to be fair.

This cell will fit in many places but was primarily designed to fit between the bumper and radiator area. Even in the tightest installs there always seems to be a narrow passage below the radiator just behind the grill. Now you can maximize that area.

11 and 13 plate units can be used for compacts right up to small V8's including autos with deisels.

21 & 25 plate versions are what your looking for with Large SUV's and passenger size trucks with diesels. Keep in mind, if you have one of these larger vehicles you may have the room for our SFS series cell.

The 13 plate FS series cell measures 6"x8" and is 2 3/8" thick WITH the fittings. Using the comparison chart(this will take you to the size chart)    you will see this cell is no slouch with well over 500 sq. inches of active surface area.

The 25 plate version only adds 1 1/4" to the width. Total outer measurements are 6" x 8" x 3 5/8" with the distance of the fittings.

Compare our Design features

Basically bullet proof in design, all of our cells are constructed of  316L stainless steel with the outer plates being a full 11 gauge in thickness. The inner plates are 20 gauge. This cell is no light weight.

The very best EPDM rubber gaskets are used.

Its large surface area allows for very light mixes of electrolyte, eliminating caustic in any steams that may be emitted into the motor. 

It uses 1/2" diameter hoses fittings welded to it to allow for larger hoses giving it the  and the very best HHO flows available. Don't settle for undersized 1/4" or 3/8" hoses anywhere in your system. If your looking at kits we supply high temperature EPDM hoses. No cheep clear plastic!

This is truly a self cooling in design.

Available as an 11 plate design for 13.8 volt (FS520) and under and as a 13 plate design for 14 volt and over (FS620).

The 11 & 21  plate cell is a 4 neutral design and the 13 & 25 is a 5 neutral design where the 2 end plates and bolts are ground and the center is positive making these the only self grounding cells on the market. If you intend to use a CCPMW, the cells have been designed with ground isolator bolts for mounting.
